"I believe working within the patient’s pain tolerance is a must. When techniques are applied that cause the patient to cringe or hold their breath, success of the technique is compromised. With that in mind, it is imperative the Therapist has many different techniques in their skill set to apply. This is what sets me apart from other Massage Therapists. I am able to read patient’s needs and construct an individual treatment plan employing my unique application of a multitude of modalities to obtain optimum relief for the patient."

Pamela received her degree at the New York Institute of Massage in Buffalo, NY, and founded Bodywork Kneaded in 2001. She offers several different types of massage including: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Sports and Passive Stretching. Pamela works with the Rochester Women’s Rugby team, The Renegades, as their massage therapist.
